He was predeceased by: his parents, Dowell Billingsley and Edna Wright Billingsley; and his wife JoAnn Kenney Billingsley. He is survived by: his daughter Cristin Cartwright of Hickory; his grandson William Cartwright; and his brother Stephen Billingsley of Japan.
