She is survived by: her children, Robert Thomas Jr. (Lynn) of Shelby, Rebecca Werts (Ray) of Matthews, William Thomas of Sunset Beach and Martha Walmsley of Hickory; her grandchildren, Sydney Walmsley, Chelsea Walmsley of Charleston, Kelsey Werts of Matthews, Alex Werts (Emma) of Spartanburg, SC, Garrett Thomas of Shelby, Bennett Thomas of Sunset Beach and William Thomas of Raleigh; and her great grandchildren, Sean Thomas (Matthews) and Victoria Palmer (Charleston). She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
