She is survived by: her husband Episcopalian; her daughter Janet W. Collins; her granddaughters, Katie and Lane; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Jayden, Kyan and Khorde; and her brothers, J. C. Clontz of Mocksville and Brodis Clontz of Advance.
