He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bollinger; his children, Darla Bollinger Blevins (Charlie), Wesley Bollinger (Erica Bollinger) and Michael Fowler (Martie Fowler); his siblings, Janie Greene (Joe Greene), Rick Bollinger (Michelle) and Dan Bollinger (Jewel Bollinger); and his grandchildren, Jessica Bollinger, Thomas Bollinger, Charles Bollinger, Finn Bollinger, Baylee Bollinger, Olivia Bollinger, Carley Blevins, Sadie Fowler, Jaxon Fowler, Charlize Lester, Annakin Lester and Trinity Hoke.
