He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Ann Wishon; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Robbin Waters; his son Robert William Waters of Campobello, SC; his siblings, Raymond Waters (Denise) of Ellenboro, Gail McDaniel (Joey) of Hickory, Tommy Wishon (Dawn) of Mooresboro, Crystal Lahmer of Forest City and Edward Wishon (Angie) of Forest City; and his grandchildren, Jasmine, Tyler, Jordan and Tragen.
