He is survived by: his significant other Rita Faulkenbury; his children, Katie Beth Townsend and Matthew Faulkenbury; his parents, Joan Faulkenbury and Kenneth Faulkenbury; his stepmother Lucille Faulkenbury; his sister Cheryl Leonhardt; his siblings-in-law, Dean Leonhardt, Larry Winkler and Yvonne Winkler; his children-in-law, Megan Faulkenbury and Jordyn Townsend; and his grandchildren, Weston, Akiko, Sachiko and Isaac.
