He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Ernest Hildebran Sr. and Agnes Hallman Hildebran; and his siblings, Virgil Hildebran Jr. (Ruth), Bobby Hildebran (Gilda), Gary Hildebran and Gaynell Hildebran.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Rose Rockett Hildebran; his children, Beth Hildebran Rogers (Jimmy) and Scott Hildebran (Wendy); his granddaughter Megan Murphree; his sisters, Margaret Lowman, Nancy Hildebran and Pamela Hildebran; his sister-in-law Donna Hildebran; his cousin Marcus Johnson; and his close friend Doris Price (late James). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
