David Eugene Wilson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Eugene Wilson (Hickory, North Carolina), who passed away on June 20, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Wilson Sr. and Ruth Harris Wilson; his siblings, Willie Rea Wilson Smith, Mary Magdalene Wilson, Nathaniel Wilson, Robert Lee Wilson and Joe Williams; his grandson Charleston Sanders; and his great grandchild Justice Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Sanders Wilson of Hickory; his sisters, Ethel Mae Davis of Shelby, N. C., Virginia Wilson of Hickory, N. C. and Betsy Williams Suddreth of Hickory; and his children, Brenda Roberts (Bennie) of Hickory, Charles Sanders of Hickory, James Sanders (Kathleen) of Arizona, Louis Sanders (Paulette) of Gastonia, Cheryl Yvonne Wilson of New Jersey, Donald Wilson of Hickory and Patricia Wilson of Hickory. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
