He is survived by: his wife Linda Shook; his children, Jamie Oliver (Jeff) and Kelly Shook (Libby); his grandchildren, Jesse, Jake Oliver, Barger and Harrison Shook; his siblings, Larry Shook, Gene Shook (Monica) and Peggy Hall; his sister-in-law Lisa Jones (Travis); and his siblings' children, Jordan Jones, Aiden, Dennis Bowman, Michelle Bowman, Todd Bowman, Spencer Bowman, Matt Shook, Stephanie Shook, Ashley Hayes, Tad Hayes, Holly Shook, Christopher "Bubba" Shook and Scott Shook.
