He is survived by: his parents, Fredrick Phillips and Sandy Laffon Phillips of Conover; his son Cobra Silas Phillips of Hickory; his brothers, Trevor Phillips (Leigh), Dylan Phillips and Kadey Fisher-Wellman of Hickory Maternal; his grandparents, Howard and Thetta Laffon; his cousins, Drew, Blake, Tori, Brad, Christopher, Eli, Ben and Sebastian; and his siblings' children, Ayden, Jayce and Raelyn A.
