It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Lee Harris of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on March 30, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Rosa Lee Harris Hamby. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Harris; his children, John L. Harris (Marjorie), Michelle H. Holshouser (James) and Bradley J. Harris (Michele); his stepchildren, Belinda Bost (Steve), Tommy Martin (Sherry), Curtis Martin (Bethany) and Stephanie McKee; and his brother Randy Hamby (Kay). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
