He is survived by: his children, Donald M. Pruitt, Phyllis Hartsell (Scott), Pam Annas (Mike) and Sherry Proctor (Keith); his grandchildren, Adam Pruitt, Emily White (Stephen), Craig Pruitt (Jen), Ryan Proctor, Heather Starkey, Natalie Proctor, Chris Holmes and Nicholas Proctor; and his great grandchildren, Alice White, Josephine Pruitt and Eliza White.
