He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Eugene Gray and Helen Irene Isenhour. He is survived by: his children, Alex Gray (Amanda) of Hickory and Alexis Joines of Hickory; his grandchildren, Keagan Joines and Makalynn Joines; his former wife Donna Bumgarner; and his friends, Ronald "Runt" Herman (Vera), Roger Lail, Steve Sigmon and Mark Witt.
