She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Crazire and Kitty Crazire; her husband Fred Junior Hedrick; her son Roger Hedrick; and her sisters, Geneva Shepherd and Louise Tutherow.
She is survived by: her children, Allen, Edward, Fred Hedrick (Donna), Brenda Pannell (Larry), Patricia Jolly (Bob) and Sharon Bumgarner; and her brother Ralph Cazire (Brenda).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke's Church on Springs Rd. Hickory and or to Carolina Caring on Robinson Rd. Hickory.
