He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Richard Pemberton and Connie Carrier Pemberton; his siblings, Kristen Pemberton of Alpena, SD and Richard Pemberton; his grandmothers, Elizabeth Pemberton of Hickory and Connie Carrier of Kentucky; his aunts and uncles, Julie Henry, Angelina Carrier, Mario Carrier (Angelica), John Pemberton, William Carrier and Jerome Carrier; his siblings' children, Sabrina Henry, Jasmine King and Dominique Carrier; and his cousin Joseph Carrier.
