It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Wayne Hoke of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Hoke and Eva Hoke; his wife Janice of Hickory; his children, Steven Hoke of Hickory and Tina Doran; his grandchildren, Ella and Evan Doran of Kernersville; and his brothers, Randy and Scott Hoke of Hickory.

Due to COVID-19, a private family service will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church.
