He is survived by: his parent Dora Reeves Casstevens; his son Junior L. Casstevens (Sherry Ann); his siblings, Tommy Casstevens (Sue), Bill Casstevens (Chris), Ellen Cheek (Odell) and Nellie Vestal; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Niki and Carrie. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
