He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Ray Rigsby, Sr. and Juanita Flowers Rigsby; and his sister Laila Rigsby Federico. He is survived by: his brother Henry D. Rigsby; his brother-in-law Kenneth Federico, Sr.; his nephew Kenneth Federico, Jr. (Melissa); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natasha, Joshua and Zachariah; his niece Angela Federico Harris (Curtis); and also, Taylor McNulty (Ben), Andrew, Madilynn, Madi Fulkerson (SP) and Justin.
In lieu of flower, memorials may be made to the American Legion #48 in Everett's name.
