She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest D Costner and Bertha Craig Costner; her son Keith Glen Costner; and her siblings, Elsie Underwood, Betty Franklin, Florence Buchanan, Howard Costner, David Costner and Paul Costner.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Crosby (Tom) of Hickory and Larry Costner of Hickory; her grandchildren, Thomas "Tommie" Crosby II of Hickory and Melissa McCloud of Hickory; her sibling's children, Glenda Canipe, Carolyn Kinney (Donald), Mary Cansler, Diane Buchanan, Donald Buchanan (Pam), John Costner, Janet Hicks and Michael Costner (Lorie); and her close friend Glenn Mays.
