He is survived by: his wife Betty Louise Icenhour Watts; his children, Bobby Joe Watts, Elen Denise Watts Lowe and Gwen Elizabeth Watts; his brother Leonard Joe Watts (Janet); his grandchildren, Timothy Daniel Oquinn, Richard Matthew Oquinn (Stephanie), Dustin Lamar Warren (Dawn), Kristina Ann Watts, Billy Joe Watts and Brittany Elizabeth Watts; his great grandchildren, Timothy Daniel, Alexandria Lynn Jasmin Oquinn, Layla Snider, Jax Snider, Ava Aroura Snider, Sydon Snider, Noah Gene Chandler and Kathleen Elizabeth Chandler; his siblings-in-law, Rodney Daymon Icenhour and Tammy Renee Icenhour; and his son-in-law Roy Timus "Tim" Oquinn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
