She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Roscoe Hipps and Bessie Mangum Hipps; her husband John Bolding; her siblings, Dennis Hipps, Mangum Hipps, Katherine Staton, Mary Ruth Hipps and Ethel Hartline; and her sons-in-law, Charles Costner and Luther Beck.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Bolding of Morganton, Josie McCoy-Jones (Allen) of Spencer, NC, Jene Isaacs (Bill) of Morganton, Christine Beck of Lenoir and Linda Costner of Morganton; and her sister Nancy Davis of Marion. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren.
