He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Allen Cook and Eulea Mae Eckerd Cook; and his pet Buggy. He is survived by: his significant other Darlene Cook of Hickory; his daughter Misty Harlan (Alex) of Winston Salem; and his siblings, Caroline Huffman of Hickory, Hubert Cook (Rachel) of Cooksville and Bruce Cook (Carol) of Maiden.
