She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe and Caroline Rash Sullivan; her husband John Aloysious Alicki; and her siblings, Thomas Lee Sullivan, Joseph Monroe Sullivan, Benjamin Andrew Sullivan, Howard Chadwick Sullivan, James Clark Sullivan, Mary Lou Annas, Gladys Pauline Annas, Florence Irene Annas and Mildred Marie Sullivan.
