We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Geraldine Hayes of Hickory, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Carter and Eileen Carter Burke; her husband Donald Gray Hayes; and her son Mark Alan Hayes. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Holder (Eldon Presnell) of Laurinburg and Lynn Ruppard of Winston-Salem; her grandchildren, Hayley Ruppard-Denton (Aaron), Adam Holder and Austin Holder (Zenia); her siblings, Judy Briggs of Winston-Salem and Sonny; and her grandmother Carter of Pawley's Island, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid, social distancing and face masks are required.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor of her memory to College Park Baptist Church, 1701 Polo Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27106.
