It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenn Zennie McGinnis Sr. (Hickory, North Carolina), who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil L. McGinnis and Ruth Page McGinnis; his daughter Anita Lemmons; and his brother Donald McGinnis (Skinny). He is survived by: his wife Sherri McGinnis; and his children, Wayne Melton (Lisa), Angela Greene (Joe), Melanie Hicks (Randy), Gypsy Spencer (Mike), Glenn McGinnis Jr. (Brandy) and David McGinnis. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members.
