He is survived by: his daughters, Whitney Rhodes (Kenny) of Hickory, NC and Jessica Wyke (Jonathan) of Morganton, NC; his grandchildren, Kolten and Walker Rhodes; his brothers, Bruce Shull (Mia) and Wayne Shull; and his stepsister Donna Coffey.
