He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Guarino, Sr. and Josephine Arnone Guarino; his wife Beverly Andrews Guarino; and his siblings, Russell Guarino of Lafayette and Virginia Lorusso of New Orleans, Louisiana..
He is survived by: his sons, Guy J Guarino, Jr. (Veronica), Clinton T Guarino (Brandi) and Dent S. Guarino (Gina); his brother Joe Guarino, Jr. of Glynn, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Guy Nicholas Guarino, Carrie Guarino of Virginia, Dent Summers Guarino, Jr., Jess Francis Guarino and Grace Sheldon Guarino. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
