He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette P. Boliek and Virginia Moser Boliek; and his sons-in-law, James Jones and Christopher Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hollar Boliek; his children, Chris Boliek of Hickory, Jennifer B. Walsh of Hickory, Laura Boliek of Hickory and Katie Boliek of Hickory; his brothers, Tim Boliek (Tonya) of Hickory and Jerry Boliek of Hickory; and his grandchildren, Alexia, Zasha, Gwenevere, Kayleana and James.
