She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Eugene Mosteller and Ada Shuford Mosteller; her husband Arthur Young; her siblings, Christine M. Deerstine, Ruby M. Oxentine, Sarah M. Wishon, Clag Mosteller, Daniel Mosteller, Harold Mosteller and Howard Mosteller; and her daughter-in-law Diane Young.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Young (Linda) of Hickory, Allen Young (Marie) of Stanley, NC, Alfred Young of Gloucester, VA, Thomas Young (Peggy) of Hickory and Sharon Young Toney (Dwight) of Nebo, NC; and her sisters, Jo Ann M. Isenhour of Catawba and Mary M. McGuinnis of Catawba. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
