He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Woodrow Wiggins and Minnie Bell Harris Turner; and his brother Rex A. Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Betty McCloud Wiggins; his children, Lora Rudisill (Larry) of Lenoir, Ashley Wiggins (Robert Rumfelt) of Hickory, Tony Lee Wiggins (Crystal) of Hickory and Christopher Walker of Hickory; and his siblings, Raymond W. Wiggins of Lincolnton and Deborah Propst of Hickory. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren.
