He was predeceased by: his parents, Thad Elmore and Hazel Elmore; his siblings, Doris Ann Roseman and Jerry Elmore (Suzanne Elmore); his nephew Brian Roseman; his great-nephew Matthew Roseman; and his sister-in-law Kathy Elmore.
He is survived by: his wife Kelley Elmore; his son Ryan Elmore of Hickory; his grandchildren, Kiley Penley, Easton Penley and Joshua Williams; and his siblings, Thad Elmore Jr. (Susan) of Brevard, NC, Billy Elmore of Granite Falls, Terry Elmore (Liz) of Connelly Springs and Gloria Hamrick Arrowood (Brian) of Bessemer City.
