It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Larry Sheets (Hickory, North Carolina), who passed away on April 23, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Stanton Sheets; his siblings, Ben, Jack, Jess Sheets, John D. Blevins, Maude Riley and Martha Propst; and also Scott E. Bolin.
He is survived by: his children, Angel Crawley (Kevin) of Nebo, Martha "Sissy" Mitschke (Robert) of Connelly Springs and Freddie Sheets; his grandchildren, James Ashe (Leah), Timothy Ashe (Chelsey), Ashley Traxler, Joseph Henson (Brandi), Natalie Henson, Isaiah Sheets and Hannah Sheets; his great grandchildren, Emma Ashe, Ryder Lee Byrd and Mason Traxler; and also, April Bolin, Andy Price and Raby Coleman.
