He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Lail Lyalls; his children, Robert Carlton Lyalls, Vonna Johnson of Hickory, Randy James Lyalls of Bethlehem, Sharon Arlene Wilson of Wilmington, Vickie Lyalls Deal (Ashley) of Hickory and Crystal Jean Spencer of Hickory; his siblings, Joe Lyalls and Norma Jean Lyalls; his grandchildren, Robert Carlton Lyalls II, Janet Harter, Chris, Kristen Wilson, Amanda, Cory Moore, Wesley, Katherine Wilson, Jimmy, Carrie Wilson, Jennifer Cook, Jason Spencer, Christy Martin, Justin Spencer, Jonathan Spencer, Erika Spencer, Brooke Deal, Kristin, Jason Little, Jessica Cook, Rusty Thomas, Renee and Marvin Cook; and his great grandchildren, Carrigan Moore, Charlie Moore, Finley Wilson, Eady Wilson, Sadie Wilson, Harper Wilson, Ramsey Wilson, Leighton Wilson, Paige Wilson, Sam Cook, Allie Cook, Trey Deal, Addison Clary, Michael Isenhour, Hannah Black, Caleb Black and Ethan Little. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
