It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Hinton Skinner (Hickory, North Carolina), who passed away on February 12, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Frankie D. Skinner; and her siblings, Wayne Hinton of Rocky Mount, NC, Alvin Hinton of Rocky Mount, NC, Ernest Hinton of Norfolk, VA, Frances Thomas of Rocky Mount, NC, Alfreda Battle of Rocky Mount, NC, Patricia Ann Thomas of Battleboro, NC and Christine Williams of Battleboro, NC. She was also cherished by relatives and friends.
