It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Hugh Hefner of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on April 11, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Jean Wilcox and David Hugh Hefner; his sister Karen Denise Hefner; and his niece Misty Denise Crisp. He is survived by: his wife Brandy Louann Hefner; his daughter Elizabeth Ann Hefner; his grandchildren, Elias, Joselyn, Santos, Mariah and Nayeli; his daughter Linda Jean Hefner; his grandchildren, Alex, Reina and Eva; his stepchildren, Sarah, Destiny and Dalton Canipe; his half-brother Eric Scott Hefner; his nephew Randy Hefner (Jenny); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Makayla, Ashton and Ryan; his nephew Bobby Rae Hefner (Tonya); his great-nieces, Brianna and Brandy Rae; his great-nephew Jacob Hefner; his nephew Nicholas Hefner; and also, Erica Hefner and Alexis Hefner.
