He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Salisbury and Evelyn Shaffer Salisbury. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Salisbury; and his children, Amanda Salisbury Robertson (Brandon) of Zebulon, NC, Bryan Sasser of Nolensville, TN, Dennis Salisbury (Kris) and Scott Salisbury (Miriam). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bass-Smith Funeral Home - Jack Bass Memorial Building (334 2nd St NW, Hickory, NC 28601).
