He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Clyde and Bessie Keith Crowder; his siblings, Brooks Crowder, Steven Crowder and Patsy Crowder; his wife Eula Mae Hoyle Crowder; and his children, William Gordon "Buddy" Crowder (Pam) of Morganton, Sheila Ward (Dennis) of Hickory and Denise Rose (Jeff) of Charleston, SC.. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
