He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Bumgarner and Beulah Willis Bumgarner. He is survived by: his children, Diann Rhoney, Johnny Bumgarner, Debbie Hoover (Kenny), Mike Bumgarner, Jeff Bumgarner and Kady Ward (Randy Rhoney). He is also survived by two siblings; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
