He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Ethridge Sr. and Linda Smart Ethridge; his wife Melena Kennedy Ethridge; his children, Jonathon Ethridge, Amber Ethridge and Hannah Ethridge; his siblings, Cindy Justice (David) and Joshua Ethridge; his grandchildren, Emma, Jaelynn, Persephone and Olivia; his siblings' children, Tiffany, Charity, Linzi, Kayla, Chloe, Sadie, Tony Lee and Trey; his mother-in-law Geneva Kennedy; his siblings-in-law, Melissa Vance (Charles), Mindy Hall (Javier) and Tony Holland; and his adoptive sons, Ben Campbell and Brandon Milam.
