He is survived by: his wife Adela Rodriguez Ornelas; his children, Juan Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez-Bolden (Natasha) of Taylorville, NC., Laura Rodriguez (Miguel) of Guadalajara and Mexico Rocio Rodriguez of Guadalajara, Mexico; his grandchildren, Ahtiziri Gutierrez of Guadalajara, Symaira Rodriguez-Bolden of Taylorsville, NC, Yusef Gutierrez of Guadalajara, Jayda Rodriguez-Bolden of Taylorsville, NC, Mikaya Rodriguez-Bolden of Taylorsville, NC and Samantha Flores of Guadalajara, Mexico; his siblings, Alfredo Rodriguez (Maxi), Ramiro Rodriguez of Hickory, NC and Maria Rodriguez (Heriberto) of Key Largo, FL.; and his siblings' children, Victor, Alex, Richar, Ana Lilia, Susana, Cuca, Andres, Jose, Jesus, Guadalupe, Jaime, Adriana, Irma, Salvador, Consuelo, Araceli, Alfredo, Fabian, Norman, Julia, Iliana, Karina and Elena.
