She is survived by: her children, Hope Bowman of Vale and Angela Parlier (Marty) of Morganton; her grandson Nicholas Parlier; her sister-in-law Ruby "Sis" Lynn of Connelly Springs; and her sister Katherine "Kat" Brittain. She is also survived by mother who enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
