She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Seebert and Junie Hollar Spencer; her husband Carl W. Hefner; her son Larry C. Spencer; and her siblings, Louise Sigmon, Worth Spencer and Ray Spencer.
She is survived by: her son Tim Hefner of Hickory; her grandchildren, Will Hefner of Durham, Bailey Hefner of Hickory, Madison Hefner of Hickory and Jennifer Williams of Taylorsville; and her siblings, Pauline Eckard of Conover, Retta June Lindsay (Charles) of Hickory and Johnny Spencer (Bobbie) of Hickory. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
