He was predeceased by: his parents, Authur Alexander Saine and Alda Wise Saine; and his siblings, Joyce Carpenter, Gwyne Cumberland and Gene Saine.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Bailey Saine; his children, Kurt Gilbert Saine (Cherry) of Greeneville, TN and Anja Aleksandra Saine (Robert Siemon) of Springhill, FL; and his grandsons, Kurt Alonzo Saine of Greeneville, TN, Trent Alexander Saine of Reidsville, NC and Kenneth Labares Saine of Greeneville, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
