With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Leroy Baker of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on October 15, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard M. Baker and Luda Lail Baker of Virginia; and his brother Jeris Baker. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Carpenter Baker; his son Jeffrey Baker (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Sophia and Sebastian; his brothers, Carl Baker and Donald Baker; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Schrage (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
