It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda (Coley) Gantt of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Hamilton Coley Jr. and Wilma Hewitt Coley; and her siblings, Carroll Coley and Patricia Ladelle Branch. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Loye Gantt; her sons, Scott Gantt (Lisa) of Conover and Chad Gantt (Michelle) of Hickory; and her stepchildren, Jimmy Gantt Jr. of Connelly Springs, Eric Gantt (Judy) of Vale, Angie Hallman (Conrad) of Vale and Brian Gantt (Rhonda) of Vale. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers; numerous other family members.
