With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy Helen Stamey Mask of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on November 19, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Conley Stamey and Maggie Biddix Stamey; her husband George Mask; her granddaughter Kathy Emmett; and her siblings, Velma Smith, Verl Smith and Tommy Stamey.
She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Blankenship (Joe), Ronnie Ayers, Betty Burnette and Billy Ayers; her grandchildren, Laura Hass (Rick) and Haley Aryers; her great grandchild Ashley Mace; her great great grandchildren, Archer and Fletcher Mace; her siblings, Bud Stamey, Andy Stamey, Clifford Stamey and Eva Mae Hogan; and her niece Linda Terry. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
