It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Estelle (Shuford) Query (Hickory, North Carolina), born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on January 18, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Raymond and Beulah Brittian Shuford; her husband James Query; and her children, Larry Smith, Victoria Teague and Sharon Houser.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Teague and Daniel Hughes; her grandchildren, Heather Reyes, Brianna Hughes and Joshua Hughes; and her great grandchild Michael Hedrick III.
