She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Vance and Cornelia Hartley Russell; her husband George Willis Rowe; her daughters, Rebecca Ann Rowe and Beverly R. Howerton; and her daughter-in-law Jane L. Rowe.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert Rowe and Richard Rowe; her grandchildren, Emily Pratt (Derek), Allison Wells (Scott), Evan Rowe, Jessica Lowe (Jason) and Karen Bryant (Mackie); and her great grandchildren, Rebecca Anne, Paige, Parker Pratt, Camden and Caleb Wells.
