She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bennett and Estelle Bennett; her siblings, Trudy Bennett, Evelyn Revell, Dorothy Carter and Wilford Bennett; her aunt Edith Morris; and her uncle Ashby Morris.
She is survived by: her daughter Rosita Boatwright (Chip Boatwright) of Portsmouth, VA; and her close friend Ruth Tevepaugh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
