He is survived by: his wife Ramona Warren Shook; his stepchildren, Joey Shook II (Michelle) of Supply, NC and Melissa Killian of Hickory; his stepgrandchildren, Jaylin Lineberger, Carlos Berroa, Miranda Shook, Ashton Killian and Bethany Shook; his aunt Sue Spencer; his nephew Austin Shook; and his pet Sadie A.
